We are a team of about 25 women from the University of Illinois - Urbana/Champaign area who love to have fun on and off the field!

Our main season is during the spring semester, but we have practices and games during the fall, as well.

Depending on the season and weather, we hold practice twice a week on week nights on either Florida and Lincoln Playing Fields on Kirby Avenue or on practice fields near the ARC.

Generally, dues are about $100 + $50 jersey deposit which will be returned when you give back your jersey. This covers the cost of travel (gas and housing), equipment and tournament fees. **For Fall 2020, dues will be lowered to $25/player because we cannot travel.

We do! In addition to home tournaments, we travel to numerous schools around the midwest. **For Fall 2020, we will not be traveling due to COVID-19.

Yes! They are always welcome to come to tournaments as fans. If your parent wants to be more involved they are invited to become a Team Parent. They will help organize food and drinks at tournaments and generally help the team out. You can find that sign up here.(javascript:void(0))

Generally, we have 2 hour practices, twice a week on week nights and 3 weekend-long tournaments per semester. In addition, we have optional (but highly encouraged!) team dinners, outings and parties!

Unfortunately because of the ongoing pandemic and the high exposure risk lacrosse poses, we will no longer be traveling and competing with other schools. Instead, we will be having socially distanced practices with masks when not participating in strenuous activities. We also will still be having a few social events, but outside and six feet away. Because of the reduction in travel and events, our dues will be lowered from $100 to $25/player. We as a team are determined to make this year as fun and as safe as possible and we hope you can join us for some socially distanced healthy lacrosse!
